Join Safari 4x4 Roetes on an unforgettable fishing Safari to the Skeleton Coast and Kunene Mouth in the north Western parts of Namibia. We will target the big Kabeljou and Steenbras and maybe a shark or 2.

Itenerary
Saturday 3 February 2024

We depart from Engen Doornpoort garage on N4 just otherside of the Tollgate, outside Pretoria North at 06:30 for the Pioneer (Skilpadshek) border gate and into Botswana. Brunch and snacks you must bring with and enjoy while driving. After Border formalities we will refuel in Botswana and head towards Kang, where we will stretch our legs and refuel. We head for the Botswana / Namibia border crossing but stop at Jungle light to rest for the night, our first night outside SA. We will set up camp and enjoy a Boerekos Dinner in Botswana.

We are sure you will remember this Safari for the rest of your live and we will endeavor to make this an experience of a lifetime.  We do limit the number of vehicles, so we suggest you make your booking as soon as possible.

The cost of the Safari includes the following:

  1. All accommodation and breakfasts including all Dinners while fishing.

  2. All camping fees and Entrance fees into Skeleton National Park.

  3. Dinners included except 3 x dinners in Swakopmund.

  4. 2-way radios in all vehicles.

  5. Professional tour guide and 4x4 specialist on this tour to assist you.

  6. Professional Fishing guide will lead the fishing.

 

For your account:

  1. Your self-drive 4x4 vehicle.

  2. All fuel costs.

  3. Road tax in Botswana & Namibia.

  4. Drinks and snacks as well as Lunches.

  5. 3 x Restaurant Dinners for your account.

  6. Vehicle insurance & Cross border insurance.

  7. All fishing gear and bait.

  8. All camping equipment (each vehicle needs to carry 3 x bags of wood for camping fire).

  9. Activities such as air flips, sand boarding, fishing permits, Desert tour, Walvis bay Boat trip,etc.

Cost

Per person from Pretoria:                  R 18 930-00 (Chalet Top Up – Extra R 1 650-00)

Per person from Cape Town:            R 16 950-00 (Chalet Top Up – Extra R 1 650-00)

Note for Cape Town group:  you must organize your own accommodation & meals for the 1st and last night!

All Prices worked out per Couple / 2 adults per vehicle. If only 1 person travel per vehicle you need to pay a single supplement of R 6 500-00.

  • A 25 % Non-refundable deposit is payable with reservation to get your name on the list.

  • A further 25 % Non-refundable deposit is payable at the end of November 2023.

  • The remaining Non-Refundable 50% must be paid on or before 30 December 2023.

Saturday 28 September 2024

We depart from TOTAL Petro port LANSERIA on the N14 between Centurion and Krugersdorp at 05:30 for the Klein Pella in the Northern Cape. Brunch and snacks you must bring with and enjoy while driving. We take the road towards Upington, then Keimoes and Kakamas and turn off just other side of Pofadder. We will be camping at Klein Pella and enjoy Dinner at the Guesthouse. Dinner and breakfast are included in Package.

We are sure you will remember this Safari for the rest of your live and we will endeavor to make this an experience of a lifetime.  We do limit the number of vehicles, so we suggest you make your booking as soon as possible.

  4. We will also supply the Dinner for the last evening in Botswana, including the breakfast.
